Lifestyle guidance that forces you to endure will not lead to "happy health." A rich life can only be achieved by eating delicious, delightful, and soul-soothing food. We have developed a "gourmet treasure box" packed with tips for providing not only "correct" but also "useful" dietary guidance. This time, we have focused on "low-calorie diets," "low-carbohydrate diets," and "Mediterranean diets," which have recently been featured as dietary therapies, and have put together a selection of creative menus that prioritize "delicious food that stimulates the five senses," taking into account the advantages and disadvantages of each diet in lifestyle guidance.

In the lecture entitled "Lifestyle guidance to support a refined lifestyle - Behind the scenes of the development of the anti-aging lunch box "Gourmet Treasure Box", Professor Ikeda talked about the behind the scenes of the production of lunch boxes created based on the themes of "low calorie diet", "low carbohydrate diet", and "Mediterranean diet", which have been attracting attention recently.
He also concluded by saying that as he works every day with his motto of "health crisis management with the key to sustaining a fun and comfortable life" rather than "lifestyle instruction that requires patience and a lot of prohibitions," he would like to continue discussing and tackling the never-ending challenge of how to help patients incorporate improved lifestyle habits, which are the foundation of all treatment, into their daily lives.
