Available examination items

Minato City Health Checkup (no out-of-pocket expenses)

Consultation period: July 7st to November 1th (osteoporosis and hepatitis virus tests are available until January 11st)

Specific health checkups and basic health checkups are available to those who are enrolled in Minato City National Health Insurance.

This year, our clinic will not be conducting "Group Contract B" specific health examinations.

Cancer screening (no out-of-pocket expenses)

Consultation period: July 7st to January 1st of the following year (breast cancer screening only, conducted until February 1th)

Tokyo Midtown Clinic

Directly connected to Roppongi Station. Located inside Tokyo Midtown.
Multiple clinics, including beauty, dental and cancer treatment, are located on the same floor.

Our clinic is located within Tokyo Midtown, a complex that houses a variety of shops, hotels, and art museums, and is conveniently connected to Roppongi Station on the Oedo Line and Hibiya Line. We provide outpatient care including internal medicine, as well as comprehensive health checkups.

The same floor also houses a beauty clinic, a dental clinic, a regenerative medicine/cancer treatment clinic, and a healthcare shop.

Minato City Health Examination

Consultation period: July 7st to November 1th (osteoporosis and hepatitis virus tests are available until January 11st)

Specific health checkup

Examination for prevention and early detection of metabolic syndrome

Eligible persons Those between the ages of 4 and 1 who are enrolled in Minato City National Health Insurance as of April 40 of the relevant year and who will continue to be enrolled until the date of examination.

Evaluate whether your bones are losing mass and are more likely to break

Eligible persons

Women who are Minato Ward residents and whose ages are listed as 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, or 70 on their individual notification for specific health checkups and basic health checkups

Patients undergoing treatment for osteoporosis cannot be examined.

Life function evaluation

25 items related to daily life are evaluated

Eligible persons

Those aged 65 or older who have undergone a basic health check and have not received nursing care certification.
The daily living function assessment will be conducted in conjunction with the specific health examination and basic health examination.
It cannot be carried out alone.

Those who have been certified as requiring nursing care or assistance under the long-term care insurance system do not need to undergo a functional assessment.

Eligible persons

Minato ward residents aged 40 or older

Patients who have had surgery for stomach cancer cannot be examined.

Colon cancer screening

Eligible persons

Minato ward residents aged 40 or older

Those who have had surgery for colon cancer cannot be examined.

Lung cancer screening

Eligible persons

Minato ward residents aged 40 or older

Those who have had surgery for lung cancer or have had bloody sputum within the last six months cannot be examined.

  • Sputum test (performed on people with a smoking index of 600 or higher)

    • Smoking index = number of cigarettes smoked per day x number of years of smoking
    • Sputum tests are available to people aged 50 and over.

Prostate cancer screening

Eligible persons

Male Minato ward residents with odd ages between 55 and 75

Patients who have had surgery for prostate cancer cannot be examined.

Cervical cancer screening

Eligible persons

Female Minato ward residents aged 20 or older

Those currently undergoing treatment or under observation for cervical cancer, those who have had a total hysterectomy, and those who have experienced abnormal genital bleeding within the last six months are not eligible to receive treatment.

Breast cancer screening

Eligible persons

Female Minato ward residents aged 40 or older who have not undergone Minato ward breast cancer screening (mammography) in the previous fiscal year (April of the previous year to March of the current year).

  • Patients who have had breast cancer surgery cannot be examined.
  • Breast cancer screening is scheduled to occur once every two years.

    Check the medical examination voucher you received from Minato Ward to see which medical examinations you are eligible to take.

  2. Reservation

    Reservations can be made online or by phone.

  3. Medical questionnaire and test kit

    The clinic will send you a medical questionnaire and test kit by mail.

  4. Visit

  5. Test result sheet and explanation of results

    We will call you as soon as the results of your examination are available.
    You will then come to our clinic where we will give you your results slip and explain the results to you.
