At Midtown Clinic, we are taking thorough safety measures against the COVID-19 pandemic so that you can visit us with peace of mind, and all of our staff are fully prepared to welcome all patients.
Below we will introduce some specific safety measures we are taking.
◆ Activities within the facility
- ・Check system at the clinic entrance
All customers will be required to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire to check their health condition, take their temperature, and disinfect their hands. - ・Every time a customer uses the facility, the reception area, changing rooms, examination rooms (including equipment), and examination rooms (desks and chairs), doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, etc. are disinfected with alcohol or other disinfectants.
- ・Opening the doors at the entrances and exits of the facility and installing air purifiers and humidifiers
- ・When droplet infection is anticipated, nurses and technicians will wear gloves, goggles, face shields, gowns, and foot covers when conducting tests.
- ・Acrylic boards will be installed at the reception desk to prevent droplet infection.
- ・Guidance will be given while maintaining a distance of at least 1m between customers as much as possible.

- ・Alcohol disinfection of equipment, beds, etc. after each customer

◆ Initiatives for employees
- - Daily temperature management for all staff, including on holidays (no one will come to work if they have a fever above normal), all staff must wear masks at all times, and they must wash their hands and disinfect their hands with alcohol-based disinfectant before and after testing.
