Treatment

Q: I have a toothache. Can you see me right away?

A: We operate by appointment only, but if you experience sudden symptoms such as toothache, please contact us by phone.

Depending on the reservation situation on the day, patients with reservations will be given priority and you may have to wait a little, but we will do our best to see you as long as it is within our business hours.

Q: Can children be treated?

A: Generally, we do not accept such cases, but if your child is able to gargle and sit in the examination chair by themselves, and if a doctor has examined them and it is possible to do so, we can treat them at our clinic.

If this is difficult, we will refer you to a pediatric dentist. We also offer cleaning services, so please contact us if you would like.

Q: How many treatments will it cost and how much will it cost?

A:It depends on the condition of your mouth. First, we will examine you with a doctor.

Q: Will tooth decay be cured with one treatment?

A: If it is small, you may be able to get away with just one visit. If it is large, you will need to come to the clinic multiple times.

Q: I only have occasional toothache, but do I need to go to the dentist?

A: There may be various factors that could cause this, such as tooth decay, periodontal disease, and tooth sensitivity, so we recommend that you see a dentist as soon as possible.

Q: I have questions or concerns about the treatment method. Can I talk to the doctor about it?

A:Yes, that is okay. At our clinic, we place great importance on informed consent.

It is natural that you will have questions and requests regarding your treatment. We will resolve your questions and concerns one by one, carefully explain the treatment method, and only proceed with treatment after you have given your consent. If you have any concerns that you find difficult to discuss with the dentist, please feel free to ask our dental hygienists or reception staff.

Q: If I am currently undergoing treatment at another clinic, can you continue to treat me?

A:If you are unable to continue treatment at another clinic due to various reasons such as moving, or if you are in the middle of treatment, we will treat you at our clinic.

Q: Is it possible to avoid other people seeing me during treatment?

AAll examination rooms at our clinic are semi-private or private, and are designed with patients' privacy in mind.

About payment

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A:Yes, it is possible.

Q: I have overseas insurance. Can I use it?

A:We are unable to handle either payments or applications at our clinic, so we ask that patients do so themselves.

We can also issue receipts in English, which are required for applications, so please let us know.

Q: Can I get a receipt in English?

A:Yes, it is possible. Please let us know in advance and we will prepare it for you at the time of payment.

Please note that receipts will only be provided partially in either Japanese or English.

Q: Can I reissue a receipt?

A: Receipts will not be reissued, so please keep them in a safe place at home.

Q: Are there any cancellation fees?

AIf you cancel within 3 business days of the reservation date, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
(If you contact us at least 3 business days before the reservation date, there will be no cancellation fee.)

Q: This is my first time visiting. How do I make a reservation for the first time?

A: Please feel free to contact us by phone or through our reservation form.

Q: What should I do if I am going to be late for my reservation?

AGenerally, we may decline your booking if you are more than 5 minutes late.

Please contact us if you are going to be late.

Q: Is it possible for you to write down diagnostic results, etc. on the documents I bring with me?

A:Yes, it is possible.

Depending on the documents, it may take up to a week and a fee may be charged, so please contact us.
