  • Consulting or filing reports to professional organizations and insurance companies regarding medical liability insurance, etc.
  • Provision of information to external auditing organizations
  • Case studies and system development aimed at improving the quality of medical care and returning medical information to society

(4) Use for distributing information

  • To distribute information from our organization, such as information on Health Screening centers and various specialized outpatient clinics

(5) To provide services, provide information, and improve services

  • The personal information will be used to provide services (including point services; the same applies hereinafter in this section) provided by our Association, Resorttrust Co., Ltd., a group company of our Association's operational support company (Advanced Medical Care Co., Ltd.), as well as subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and affiliated medical institutions of Resorttrust Co., Ltd., to provide information regarding services, and as research and study material for the purpose of improving our services.

3. Appropriate management of personal information

Even if the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party outside the Association within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, the Association will properly supervise the entrusted party to ensure that the personal information is managed safely.

4. When providing personal information to a third party

When the Association provides personal information of customers to a third party, it will do so only after obtaining the customer's consent, and only in the form of documents, film, electronic or magnetic means, verbally, or otherwise, limited to the data items necessary for each purpose, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Verification and disclosure of personal information

When the Association receives a request from a customer or a representative designated by government ordinance to confirm or disclose personal information, the Association will respond promptly and appropriately in accordance with the law and the Association's guidelines. 6. Correction of personal information

When the Association is requested by a customer or a representative designated by government ordinance to correct, add, delete, suspend use, erase, or suspend provision to a third party of personal information because the content is not true, the Association will promptly begin an investigation into the reason for the request and respond appropriately in accordance with the law.
