Characteristics of our orthodontic treatment

Orthodontics

Treatment times vary depending on the individual patient's dental condition.
We can provide treatment until the patient is satisfied, so please feel free to consult us.

Orthodontic treatment using mouthpiece-type devices

Mouthpiece photo

This is an orthodontic method that uses a transparent resin mouthpiece. There is little discomfort or foreign body sensation when wearing it, and the appearance of your mouth does not change from normal, so it is possible to straighten your teeth without people around you noticing.

wire straightening

Wire orthodontics is a treatment method in which an orthodontic device is placed on the front side of the teeth. It can be applied to a wide range of cases and is extremely effective in moving teeth.

The types of wire orthodontics we offer at our clinic are as follows. You can also choose the area to have the orthodontic device installed, such as the entire upper and lower teeth, only one side of the teeth, or just a part of the teeth.

Rabial Photo

Rabial

Labial (lip side) refers to the front side of the dentition. This is the most popular orthodontic method.

Lingual Photo

Lingual

Lingual refers to the back side of the teeth. This is an orthodontic method called lingual orthodontics or lingual orthodontics.

Half-lingual

This method uses labial braces for the upper jaw, where the braces are more noticeable, and lingual braces for the lower jaw, where the braces are less noticeable.

Wire Type

Orthodontic wires are available in stainless steel and discreet white coated.

Stainless steel

This is a common orthodontic wire. The downside is that the metal color is quite noticeable.

White Wire

This is a metal wire with a white coating added. It is less noticeable and improves the aesthetics of the mouth.

About the bracket

The appropriate brackets are selected depending on the area where they will be placed. By choosing ceramic for the front teeth and metal for the molars, it is possible to make the brackets less noticeable.

Metal bracket

Although the metal color is noticeable, it is a commonly used and durable device. It is compatible with metal wires and can be used in a variety of cases.

Ceramic brackets

For those who want orthodontic treatment without the device being noticeable. Although it is less strong than metal brackets, it can be used for a wide range of cases.
