02: Entering the online questionnaire
Once your reservation is complete, please enter your health insurance card, medication record information, and medical questionnaire online.
03: Medical examination
Our clinic's online consultations are conducted using the video calling app "FaceTime." Even if you are using an Android device, you can use FaceTime by following the steps below.

The doctor will contact you via FaceTime approximately one hour after your appointment time. Please be prepared and wait. If you have made an appointment via FaceTime, please make sure to complete the initial settings for FaceTime before your appointment time.
- Please note that the appointment time may vary depending on the medical situation on the day. (If you make a reservation for a morning session, we will contact you between 10:00 and 12:00, and for an afternoon session, we will contact you between 15:00 and 17:00.)
- In the case of an initial consultation, the following restrictions may be imposed on prescriptions due to circumstances such as not knowing your past medical history.

04: Accounting and prescriptions
After your examination, we will send you a short message on your device with the URL for credit card payment and the amount, so please complete the payment promptly.

Since you can receive treatment without visiting the hospital, there is no waiting time at the hospital, and you do not have to pay for transportation or travel to the hospital. In addition to reducing the risk of infection caused by going out, you can receive treatment in your home or other privacy-conscious environment.
- What do I need for online medical consultation?
You will need a mobile device that is compatible with FaceTime (you can also use a family member's smartphone). In addition, since billing is done via text message, patients who are unable to receive text messages are asked to refrain from using online consultations.
- In the case of online medical consultation, will outpatient visits (visits to the hospital) become unnecessary?
According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, outpatient visits (face-to-face consultations with a doctor) are necessary even with online consultations. The timing of face-to-face consultations will be at the discretion of the attending physician, but in principle, face-to-face consultations are required after one online consultation. With online consultations alone, the information obtained is limited to visual and auditory senses, which is insufficient to grasp the patient's condition in detail, so we will check the patient's condition through regular face-to-face consultations.

For patients who wish to make an appointment for online medical care for the first time, please call us at 03-5413-0080. (Phone appointments are available on weekdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm).
- How do I receive an online consultation?
This call will be made between face-to-face consultations, so please wait for us to connect. Please wait in a place with an internet connection and privacy. After the patient and doctor are identified by ID, the consultation will begin via video call. Please follow the doctor's instructions during the consultation.
- Prescribing medicines via online medical consultations
If there is no history of face-to-face consultations or medical records, the prescription period for medication will be a maximum of 7 days. Narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs cannot be prescribed under any circumstances during the initial online consultation.
- How do I pay for online medical consultation?
Payment is only accepted by credit card. After the consultation, you will be notified of the medical fee via text message. If you do not have an insurance card registered, you will be responsible for the full amount.
