Our clinic's dental treatment process

We have diagrammed the flow of dental treatment at our clinic. First, we start with counseling. After listening to the patient's concerns and wishes, the concierge, dentist, dental technician, and dental hygienist work as a team to propose the best method.

Informed consent

During treatment, it is natural for patients to have questions, such as "They said XX, but what does that mean..." or hopes and requests, such as "They said they would extract my tooth, but is there any way to avoid extracting it..." Informed consent is a concept that respects the wishes of such patients by carefully explaining the condition of their mouth and the treatment method, and proceeding with treatment only after both parties have agreed.

At our clinic, we take the time to explain to patients everything from the causes of their pain and symptoms to treatment methods, based on the information we obtain through counseling and examinations. When necessary, we use models to help patients understand visually.
