Health Check-up Process

Application

Medical Checkup require reservations.

① Online reservation

If you are applying for an original health screening or are a member of a health insurance association that accepts online reservations, please apply using the reservation form below.

② Reservation request

If you are covered by a health insurance other than those listed above, or if you are receiving a personal health check at your own expense, please send a reservation request using the form below (accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year). Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive a reply from you (within 3 business days).

Please note that we may be busy and you may have to wait. If possible, please contact us via the web.

Preparations the day before

Entering information into the online questionnaire

Approximately two weeks prior to the health check, we will send you an information sheet with important information, information on how to fill out the medical questionnaire, and the test kit. Please read the information sheet and fill out the online medical questionnaire.

  • Some companies do not support the web system. In that case, please fill out the enclosed questionnaire (paper).

Preparation before the appointment

If you are required to collect urine or stool samples, please follow the enclosed instructions to collect the samples and bring the test kit with you on the day of your appointment.
Depending on the test, there may be dietary restrictions and other precautions, so please be sure to read the instructions for the test.

Flow of the day

Receptionist

Before checking in, you will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire and submit samples (urine, stool, etc.). If you are using a course subsidized by your health insurance, please bring your health insurance card. If you are not, please bring your ID and arrive at the hospital 5 minutes before your appointment. Depending on your health insurance association, you may be required to submit a medical examination ticket, so please check with your health insurance association if you have any questions.

Change of clothes

We will provide you with the examination clothes designated by our hospital. Please change in the locker room. Please keep your valuables in the locker and remember to lock it.

Common Inspection

We will guide you through the tests with the least wait time. Height, weight, body composition, vision, hearing, blood pressure, blood sampling, waist circumference, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, etc.

Estimated time required for the test
・Lifestyle disease checkup: Approximately 1 to 2 hours
・Regular health check: Approximately 1 hour
*If additional tests are required, the required time may be longer than the above.

Optional inspection

For those who make a reservation in advance, we will perform optional examinations such as head MRI, chest and abdominal CT, mammography, and uterine cancer examinations.

Medical Examination

This is a screening examination. We do not discuss diagnoses of illness or test results.

Inspection completed

You will be notified when all tests have been completed. Please get changed and notify the reception concierge. If you have any payments to make at the counter, please pay your bill before leaving.

Notification of diagnosis results

Sending the results

You will receive an email notifying you of the results of your online health check approximately three weeks to one month after the test.
After receiving the email, you can access your My Page from the following page to view your health check results.
Please note that depending on the contents of the test, there may be a delay in contacting you.

  • Some companies do not support the web system, so paper test results will be sent by mail.

Secondary examination and treatment

If you are diagnosed as needing secondary testing or treatment (grade D or F), be sure to see a doctor and receive testing as soon as possible.

If any abnormalities are found, secondary and detailed examinations will be conducted at our Outpatient Care Clinic. Physicians specializing in internal medicine, cardiology, digestive system, diabetes, and other fields will examine the patient, and test and examination results will be managed centrally. If necessary, we will refer the patient to a specialized, advanced medical institution.

After follow

We offer follow-up medical examinations where you can discuss your results with a doctor via computer or smartphone. We also offer online medical examinations for those who are returning for follow-up examinations.
